As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to expand and engage our current and potential clients and partners

Your role:

Social Media:
- Organize posting plan for most commonly used social media platforms in Bulgaria; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn. 
- Propose social media content and campaigns based on copy, formats, visuals in view of campaigns goals for awareness, reach, conversion, etc.; 
- Work with respective colleagues to provide overall social media presence and communication. 

Digital Marketing and Advertising: 
- Organize display banner ad campaigns with respective partners; 
- Manage company advertising accounts in respective platforms. 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze website performance metrics.
- Track and analyze digital marketing and social media performance metrics
- Prepare regular reports on activity and performance for management.

Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase positioning and conversion
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure campaigns and partners adhere to company policies and industry best practices.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:
•    Experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
•   Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools.
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•   Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO practices.
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•    Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions.
•    Have experience in the iGaming/Gambling sector 
•    Creative thinking to identify new opportunities and approaches.
